Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within a couple days of ordering.
We offer free Priority Shipping on all orders $69+ anywhere in the United States - even Alaska and Hawaii. For all orders under $69, a $6.95 shipping charge will apply. We do not ship internationally at this time.

At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We are able to ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted.
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). If you do not see an email from us within a couple of days, email us directly. You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation to track your order.
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within a couple days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email us directly.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
